For this salad, which takes about 5 minutes to prepare, I used:
About 2 cups baby spinach
1 apple, sliced
About 1/3 cup sweetened dried cranberries
Cardini's Pear vinaigrette dressing
You can also add 1/4 cup candied walnuts - I just didn't happen to have any that day.
I had it for lunch with a pizza bagel. Delicious!
